my first attempt at light painting!

I actually had no intentions of making this image last night but I had a little down time in between going to our new location for the snowboard shoot (I’ll explain in a later post).  This is my first attempt at trying to make an image like this and it came out alright I think but I have a lot to learn.  Maybe next time I’ll try doing this in the daylight since when it’s near pitch black in the middle of nowhere and it’s tough to see exactly where you’re at or what you’re doing.  This was taken at about 9pm last night with a tripod, 1 flash, the moon and my camera on a timer.  I had fun :) …please enjoy.
